I interrupt this normally scheduled blog post to tell you that I've lost 5.5 pounds in the last week.
My diet has consisted of 4 oz. grilled chicken ta-tas, call-me-popeye spinach salads, reduced fat cheez-its with a side of hummus (I could marry hummus if it were legal) and 60-calorie chocolate jello pudding for a night time snack.
My pole dancing is also getting better because I've been working it on the treadmill and pool every day. Who knew the backstroke could burn so many calories? But, alas, my knee hurts like a son of a bitch and I think I need to take a night off.
Anywho, that's been my life in a nutshell for the past week and a half. There's more, not-quite-news stuff I'll probably blog about later, but please join me in a hallelujah -- I's a gonna lose some poundage.
